Pricing is per table, not per book. $20 covers your first author or vendor table. Every table after that is just $10 more, no matter how many books you're picking up at each one. Pick your number of tables above and the price updates automatically.

Please note: Plot Twist Shipping offers pickup services for eligible pre-orders when permitted by the event and the participating author or vendor. All pickups are completed in accordance with event policies and each author's or vendor's individual rules, procedures, and pickup requirements.

Shipping Insurance

Here's what happens after you book: you'll get a confirmation email right away. We'll send a separate invoice for shipping and packing supplies within 14 days of the event. This allows us to secure the best and most accurate shipping rates. That invoice has to be paid within 96 hours of the event. If your order is canceled due to non payment, no refunds will be issued and your pre orders will not be collected.
Need to cancel on your end instead? Do it at least 30 days before the event and we'll refund you minus a $10 cancellation fee. Inside 30 days, we are unable to refund the service fee.
Shipping timelines vary depending on event size, pickup schedules, and order volume.
One more thing: whether an author signs your book is entirely up to them at the event — we can't guarantee a signature, only that we'll get your pre orders to you.
