Before Your Event

Pre-Event Receiving

Skip the hassle of traveling with heavy inventory. Choose the tier that works best for your event.

Standard Receiving

We'll receive your books, merchandise, and event materials before the event, securely store them, and have them ready for pickup at a designated area.

Plot Twist Priority

Our table drop service. We'll receive your inventory, bring it into the venue, and drop it off directly at your table.

after the event

post Event Shipping

When the event is over, we'll help get your remaining inventory, merchandise, and booth materials safely on their way home.

  • Speak with one of our team members to secure the number of boxes you need. Pack with our shipping supplies.
  • Notify our team once your boxes are packed. You can then drop off at our booth or we can pick up from you.
  • We pick up, store, and hand off to the carrier for you.
  • We will invoice for shipping and product costs.

Good To Know

Storage beyond 3 days after your invoice has been sent may be billed at $25 per box, per day. Inventory that isn't claimed or given shipping instructions within 30 days of written notice may be treated as abandoned.
